MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION - TCC
The Medical Transcription program is a sequence of courses that prepares students
for entry into the medical transcription field. Graduates of the pro¬gram receive
a Medical Transcription technical certificate of credit.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
ATC’s Career Placement Office is available to assist students in finding employment in their occupational fields.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 16 years of age
* Official high school or GED transcript is required
to apply
* Achievement of minimum program admission
scores in Reading, Language, and Math
* Transfer of previous post secondary credits will be
determined by the registrar.
Student Performance/Graduation Requirements: Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and complete all required courses to graduate.
