EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN - TCC
The EMT-1 Program is designed to provide knowledge and skills in specific
aspects of advanced life support above the basic level. Successful completion
of the program allows the graduate to take the National Registry of Emergency
Medical Technician EMT-1 certification examination and receive Georgia
certification.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 16 years of age
* Official high school or GED transcript is required
to apply
* Achievement of minimum program admission
scores in Reading, Language, and Math
* Transfer of previous post secondary credits will be
determined by the registrar.
Student Performance/Graduation Requirements: Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and complete all required courses to graduate.
