AIR CONDITIONING TECHNOLOGY - DIPLOMA
The Air Conditioning Technology program is a sequence of courses that prepares students for
careers in the air conditioning industry. Learning opportunities develop academic, technical,
and professional knowledge and skills required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement.
The program emphasizes a combination of air conditioning theory and practical application
necessary for successful employment. Program graduates receive an Air Conditioning Technology
diploma and have the qualifications of an air conŽditioning technician.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
ATC’s Career Placement Office is available to assist students in finding employment in their occupational fields.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 16 years of age
* Official high school or GED transcript is required
to apply
* Achievement of minimum program admission
scores in Reading, Language, and Math
* Transfer of previous post secondary credits will be
determined by the registrar.
Student Performance/Graduation Requirements: Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and complete all required courses to graduate.
