How Do
I Enroll in an Online Class?
If you are an Atlanta Technical College student, during the
registration period, make your advisor aware of your interest in enrolling
in an online class. You and your advisor will discuss what is best
for you and enroll you in an online class, if the two of you agree
that this approach is feasible. Contact your program advisor before
registering for any online class.
If you are not an Atlanta Technical College student, but you are a student at
another Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education (DTAE) institution,
contact the Registrar at your home institution who will provide you with enrollment
instructions for an online class at Atlanta Technical College.
If you are not an Atlanta Technical College student, but you are a student at
another accredited institution, you may be able to enroll as a special (transient)

requirements of their home institution. Transient students must submit the following:

fee.
2. A statement from the registrar or academic dean of the parent or “their
home” institution verifying academic standing and eligibility to return
to that institution.
